Terms & Conditions
- Every return or exchange process MUST first be informed to Manta’s Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Item(s) that is wished to be returned or exchanged MUST be as good as new, unwashed, unaltered, and with an undamaged Manta box and also all tags undetached.
- For any return or exchange processes, the item(s) must be posted to Manta’s office within 7 working days after you have received it.
- Manta WILL NOT be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.
- Items that were on sale or has been discounted during purchase are not qualified to be returned or exchanged.
Do fill up the form below if you would like to return or exchange any specific item(s). Please post this form along with the item(s) you wish to return, otherwise the request will not be processed. We highly recommend you to send the parcel by using a trackable delivery service that ensures your parcel’s whereabouts, to avoid any problems in the future.
