  1. Am I allowed to exchange the items I purchased once I receive it? 
    Yes, you may exchange the products within 7 days of purchase made with the receipt. Also, it depends on the availability of the products. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Condition page or click HERE

  2. Why can’t I pay with my credit card via iPay88? 
    iPay88 can only be used by local Malaysians, which is by credit and debit cards. For international customer, please contact us to make payment. We apologize for the inconvenience! 

  3. Can I just self-pick-up the items after I purchase it? 
    We’re sorry but as for now, Manta does not have any physical stores for you to self-pick-up the purchased goods. However, don’t worry because we will deliver it straight to your doorstep! 

  4. I have purchased some items from Manta but haven’t received any notification regarding the purchase. What should I do?

  5. How long will it take for my items to reach me?
    West Malaysia: 3-5 days
    East Malaysia: 5-6 days
